Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. Great podcast Frank, you and Schwan did a good job breaking down the fights. Megan Anderson outside of the cage is character indeed and her fans, mostly men are something else as well. I wish her the best of luck. She really did not last long at all in her fight with Amanda. Oh well, we will see how the fights go this Saturday. Take care Frank. David.
