Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Big Bad Blog Video Theater-Charlotte Flair vs Asuka
Here's the match video of Charlotte Flair vs Asuka from last night's episode of RAW. This is a long match and they decide to have Charlotte dominate the match to use the narrative that she will be damaged goods when she defends her WWE RAW Women's Championship on Sunday. It's a common narrative that I wish they would stop using because fans are wise to the wrestling business. We know that Asuka is great at selling offense. She can make it look like she was murdered. I thought she went a little overboard with her selling in this match. But that is what she was asked to do. The bottom line is that Charlotte couldn't finish her until Nia Jax came out to distract Asuka. And Asuka actually kicked out of the pin. But they were out of time and the ref had to count three. Earlier on Charlotte and Asuka were on the floor and the ref stopped counting at seven. I assume someone forgot to roll into the ring to stop the count. I understand the finish because Nia is the one with a title shot. Maybe it should be asked why she didn't have a match last night. The major complaint fans had of last night's show was too much Charlotte. It's interesting to note that Asuka had the same amount of screen time. But it's like I said last month. They are overexposing Charlotte to the point that fans don't want to see her anymore. On a media call after Sunday's NXT Takeover show, someone asked about Charlotte getting favorable treatment because she is Ric Flair's daughter. HHH called that garbage. But there is some truth to that and it has led to them using her way too much. At SummerSlam 2018, Becky Lynch was the answer to that. With her gone, I don't think there is an answer for that now. What HHH needs to understand is there is a fan perception that Charlotte is overrated and overexposed. And he can get mad when he is asked about that. But remember perception is reality. That perception is not going away. Enjoy the video!
