Here's the match video of Asuka defending the WWE RAW Women's Championship against Nia Jax. The match was very similar to their other matches. Asuka is great at selling offense and then firing back. Of course the only problem is the double countout finish. Bryan Alvarez of The Wrestling Observer reported last night that Asuka was supposed to win and Vince McMahon changed it yesterday. As you may have already heard, Paul Heyman was fired and Bruce Prichard is now running RAW and Smackdown. Since the endgame will likely result in Charlotte Flair as champ, it makes no sense to change the finish just keep Asuka as a weak champ. Making her strong actually helps Charlotte. I don't know what will happen tonight. But it doesn't look good for Asuka. Enjoy the video!
