Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

K-Grace matches in CAGE FORCE
You may recall that K-Grace held their debut show in May. They haven't announced a follow up but it was announced that two K-Grace matches have been added to the Nov. 11 CAGE FORCE show at Differ Ariake. The most interesting of these matches features rising MMA star Emi Fujino (pictured). Her record is 6-0 and her most recent win was over Yukiko Seki at the Sept. 6 Smackgirl show. She was also on the first K-Grace show. Her opponent is Yuko and she appears to be a newcomer. The match is at 53kg which is under Fujino's usual fighting weight but I think she'll be OK. The other match is between a couple of veterans with suspect records. Misaki Takimoto is 7-8-3 and she's on a three fight losing streak. Her opponent is Naoko Ohmuro. She is 8-5-1 and her most recent fight was a win over Fukuko Hamada on the Aug. 19 GCM show. The match is at 48kg and that is a very crowded weight class in Japan. These are not exactly the matches we want to see but there's a lot of politics in the Japanese Womens MMA scene right now.
