Here's the fight video of JJ Aldrich vs Andrea Lee from last night's UFC show in Las Vegas. This fight is at Flyweight. JJ is 32 years old. She trains at the 303 Training Center in Denver. Her UFC record is 9-6. Andrea is 36 years old from Bossier, LA. She trains with boyfriend and former UFC fighter Tony Kelley. Her UFC record is 5-8 and she's on a five fight losing streak. So she needs a win. Both fighters have similar problems. Both tend to be safety first fighters. They aren't aggressive enough so their fights tend to be very close. All of Andrea's recent losses have been by decision. JJ tends not to finish fights. Look, if a fighter wants to be successful, she has to go out and win fights. These two don't do that. So I expected this fight to go to a decision. All three rounds were very close. But I thought JJ outpointed Andrea 30-27. Two of the three judges scored it the same and the third scored it 29-28 for JJ. I didn't see any urgency from either fighter. They just don't fight like that. Enjoy the video!
