Here's the match video of Asuka defending her WWE Women's Championship against Charlotte Flair from last night's episode of Smackdown. Bianca Belair was banned from ringside but she was in the front row flashing a ticket. Charlotte gave one of her worst performances in recent memory. She messed up several times, most notably when she missed a moonsault to the outside. Even the camera angle showed how bad it was. I have said for a long time that Charlotte doesn't properly execute the moonsault and should stop doing them. The end has Charlotte accidently hit Bianca and that resulted in Asuka winning by DQ. This obviously is leading to a three way at SummerSlam. But the WWE is having a tough time selling Charlotte as a babyface. She's getting boos and the fans are cheering Asuka and Bianca. I have said for years that fans respect Asuka too much and will never boo her regardless. So other than piping in crowd noise, I don't know what the WWE will do about this. Fans simply love Asuka and Bianca and hate Charlotte. They don't care who the heel is supposed to be. Enjoy the video!
