Here's the match video of Irene Aldana vs Vanessa Melo from last night's UFC show in Mexico City. This fight was at Bantamweight. Irene is a points fighter like her teammate Alexa Grasso. He opponent was supposed to be Marion Reneau. After she pulled out, Brazilian Vanessa Melo was brought in on ten days notice. The big problem for her was the altitude killed her endurance. Like plenty of Brazilians, her fighting style is to go forward. Of course that makes her easy to hit. So the fight was am easy unanimous decision for Irene.
