SHOOT BOXING announced today that two European fighters have been added to the Girls S-Cup tournament Aug. 25 at Yamano Hall. Of course RENA, Erika Kamimura and Ham Seo Hee have already been announced. The best known of these two fighters is Lena Ovchynnikova from the Ukraine. Apparently she has an ISKA World Women's Championship belt as a kickboxer. But she also has an 8-2 MMA record. You have probably seen her on the Super Fight League shows from India. Her last fight was a loss to Joanne Calderwood on May 6. Also added is Lorena Klijn from The Netherlands. She is a kickboxer known as The Lady Pitbull. She is the WPKL Women's Flyweight Champ and she is trained by K-1 veteran kickboxer Andy Souwers. So that is five fighters in the tournament, three more to be named.
