Fans of legendary gospel group The Clark Sisters will be pleased to know that they have reunited and released a live CD last month. They are the daughters of legendary gospel singer Dr. Mattie Moss Clark. There's Jacky Clark Chisholm, Elbertina "Twinkie" Clark Terrell, Dorinda Clark-Cole & Karen Clark Sheard. Back in 1984, You Brought The Sunshine crossed over to the R & B charts and was a huge hit. The hallmark of The Clark Sisters sound is their incredible harmonies. All have had significant solo careers and are superior vocalists. Twinkie wrote most of their material. Live:One Last Time was recorded last August. Donald Lawrence produced and arranged everything. Most of the songs were written by Twinkie though Looking To Get There (Heaven) was written by Dorinda. Not surprisingly, the CD concludes with You Brought The Sunshine. They still sound fantastic and Clark Sisters fans will want to get their mits on this CD. Here's the video from this CD for Livin'.
