Big Bad Blog Video Theater-Hikaru Shida vs Shanna

Here's the match video of Hikaru Shida vs Shanna from last night's AEW show. Hikaru finally moved to the US a few days ago. So I expect that we will see her more frequently on AEW TV. Shanna is from France. Her wrestling experience is mostly in Europe though she also worked for Stardom a few years ago. My big problem with her is at 37 years old, she's more suspect than prospect. The match was probably too long. I would have preferred a squash especially if AEW is planning to build Hikaru up. Shanna got in way too much offense and her offense isn't very good. Hikaru looked good at times. AEW hasn't really given her a defined role yet. But now that she's in the US, they should be able to do that. This match was to reintroduce Hikaru to the audience.
