JD Star's Feb. 16 Shin-kiba 1st Ring show was described as Grapple Beauty Light. There were fewer matches. They didn't advance any storylines. Oh and there were fewer fans. 138 is a small crowd even for that building. I guess they shouldn't do any more Friday shows.
There were only three matches. The opener was rookie Bisa Ohata vs Cherry. Ohata was a little more competitive because Cherry is closer to her skill level but Cherry won with a double arm salto at 8:15. Then it was another idol wrestler, Lily Urai, vs Bullfight Sora. Sora hit several brain busters and won at 11:33. The main event had Saki Maemura coming from Pro Wrestling SUN to team with Shuu Shibutani against Fuuka & Hiroyo Matsumoto. Maemura & Shibutani showed a lot of teamwork but it ended in a 20 minute draw. Fuuka got on the mike afterwards to talk about her third anniversary on March 10 but no matches have been announced for upcoming shows as yet.
