Here's the fight video of Jasmine Jasudavicius vs Priscila Cachoeira from last night's UFC show in Toronto. This fight was supposed to be at Flyweight. But Priscila said she couldn't make weight so it became a Bantamweight fight. Jasmine is 34 years old from St. Catherines, ON. She trains at Niagara Top Team in Niagara Falls with coach Chris Prickett. She's 3-2 in the UFC. She's probably a midcard fighter at best. Priscila is 35 years old from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She trains at MMA Masters in Miami. Her UFC record is 4-5. Though she is obviously tough, she's a terrible fighter. And she cheats. In this fight, she tries to grab Jasmine's hair. The switch to Bantamweight is evidence of more shady behavior. Well, at least Jasmine got 30% of her purse. This was a one way fight that really should have been stopped in round one if Jasmine's ground and pound was any good. But it's not. She finally got a finish with a round three D'arce Choke. And she got a $50,000 bonus. But the fight was laughably bad. It didn't make me think that Jasmine can beat anyone who is good. But it did make me think that the UFC should release Priscila.
