Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

VALKYRIE announced today three matches have been added to their debut on Nov. 8 at Differ Ariake. the already announced main event will have Smackgirl Lightweight Champ Yuka Tsuji against V1 in a Featherweight (115) bout. They're working closely with the WK dojo and all three of these fights have fighters from that home base. First is a Flyweight (105) bout with veteran fighter Naoko Omuro against Yasuko Tamada (pictured). Omuro works at WK and has an 8-7-2 record. Her most recent fight was a loss to Misaki Takimoto at the May 24 DEEP show. Tamada is from AACC and has a 9-4-2 record. She's on a seven fight winning streak and most recently defeated Fukuko Hamada on the July 27 DEEP show. Two more Featherweight bouts have been added. Akiko Naito will face Madoka Ebihara. Naito works at WK and has a 4-6 record. her most recent fight was a win over VALKYRIE matchmaker Yasuko Mogi at the Mar. 11, 2007 Smackgirl show. Ebihara is out of Paraestra and has a 2-1 record. Her most recent fight was a win over Sachiko Yamamoto on the May 19, 2007 Smackgirl show. The other fight has Mamiko Mizoguchi vs Sakura. Mizoguchi is out of A-Square and has a 1-3 record.
