Igor Lazorin of Tass in Russia reported today that Sarah Moras vs Liana Jojua has been added to UFC 242 Sept. 7 at the Du Arena in Abu Dhabi. This fight will be at Bantamweight. When I saw this a couple of hours ago, a red flag went up immediately. I will explain. Sarah is 31 years old from Kelowna, BC. She is training at the UFC PI in Las Vegas. The red flag is because the UFC has a show coming up in Vancouver and they're sending her to Abu Dhabi? Her record is 5-5 and 2-3 in the UFC. She looked really bad losing to Macy Chiasson a few months ago. Liana is making her UFC debut. The above pic is Liana signing her UFC contract. She is 24 years old from Tibilisi, Georgia. Her record is 7-2. She has fought for Fight Nights Global in Russia and Kunlun in China. She's mainly a striker but she has won three fights by armbar. She is certainly easy on the eyes. Obviously this is a big step up in competition for her. And the UFC jitters are a thing. But as I have said before, the UFC needs fighters for foreign shows. And if some of them are decent, it's a bonus. I think if Sarah loses, she goes on a one way trip to Palookaville.Контракт с @ufc 😈 pic.twitter.com/gskwE1dsiE

Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.
