Here's the match video of Norma Dumont vs Ashlee Evans-Smith from last night's UFC show in Las Vegas. This fight is at Bantamweight. Norma is from Brazil. She made her UFC debut at Featherweight and lost to Megan Anderson. Her previous fights were at Bantamweight. She missed weight for this fight. She said that she had "woman problems" and she promised to make weight for her next fight. Ashlee is a teammate of Carla Esparza at Team Oyama in California. She has had mixed success in the UFC. Norma is bigger than Ashlee. Norma won easily by unanimous decision. She is not only bigger than Ashlee but quicker too. Norma almost got a finish a couple of times and she slowed up considerably in the third round. I scored it 30-27 for Norma. Round two could have been 10-8 but it doesn't matter. Paul Felder said during the broadcast that Ashlee may have been injured but she hasn't said anything. Obviously I would like to see Norma against somebody better. Enjoy the video!
