Here's the match video of Andrea Lee vs Ashlee Evans-Smith from last night's UFC show in Phoenix. Andrea set the tone in round one. She came out and outstruck Ashlee by a significant margin. Ashlee is a wrestler so she should have been going for takedowns. But she didn't. And then her corner told her she was doing OK. She did score a takedown in round two. But she didn't do anything in top position. I thought she was resting. That's not a good sign. Ashlee was better in round three. But she was down two rounds and she needed a finish. I thought Andrea deserved the unanimous decision. I'd like to see her against better competition. Enjoy the video!
