Here's the match video of Kairi Sane vs Lacey Evans from this week's episode of NXT. This is their third match. Kairi won the first and Lacey won the second. The reason for this mini feud is Lacey needs to learn to be a more natural performer. She is learning a lot working with Kairi. Lacey comes out to her usual dance and she has Kairi's name written on her fist. This refers to her A Woman's Right finisher which is a punch. As I have already said, I don't care for it. Kairi does her usual entrance and shakes her head at Lacey's antics. Lacey has the edge early in the match. Some of her offense is OK like a cobra clutch turned into a modified giant swing. That could be turned into a finisher. Some of her offense needs work. Kairi does a great job selling Lacey's offense. And then of course she comes back in her usual dramatic fashion. She hits three interceptor spears. Kairi generates a lot of speed coming off the ropes. The end comes when Lacey takes way too much time going to the top rope and she misses a moonsault. Of course this leads to the insane elbow drop and Kairi wins. That should be the end of that feud. Maybe Bianca Belair is next for Kairi. Hopefully, Lacey learned a lot and she improves.
