I'm sure many pro wrestling & MMA fans will recall American Gladiators. Maybe you still watch reruns on ESPN Classic. You may also know that NBC will debut a new version of American Gladiators on Jan. 6. It will be hosted by Hulk Hogan & Laila Ali. So now you're asking "What's this have to do with womens MMA?" It's been announced that Gina Carano will be one of the gladiators. She will be called Crush. It's interesting because the other women on the show are all from the fitness & bodybuilding industry. Obviously I don't know how this will affect Gina's MMA schedule with EliteXC. My guess is it won't affect anything.
