TEAM MAHEKEN owner Tomo Hashimoto announced a new female trainee at their Dec. 21 Shin-kiba 1st Ring show. Her name is Yuka Matsuya and she introduced herself to the crowd at the show. Apparently she's an actress with no martial arts training. They're planning to send her to a self defense course next month. She had been to an Osaka Pro show but she had never seen a joshi match until now. The plan is to train her and have her debut in February. That doesn't seem like very much time.
