15 year old debuts on Nov. 3 NEO show

Normally I would talk about the main event on any show but NEO got a lot of press for debuting 15 year old Nagisa Nozaki (pictured) on their Nov. 3 Korakuen Hall show. The main event was Amazing Kong & Kyoko Kimura defending the NEO Tag Team Titles against Misae Genki & Haruka Matsuo. The semi main had Yoshiko Tamura defending her NEO Singles/NWA Pacific Titles against Mariko Yoshida. Of course there's some of the usual NEO foolishness.

A good example of that foolishness had Etsuko Mita feuding with Tanny Mouse. On the Oct. 8 show, a loss forced Mita to change her name to some goofy emoticons. She got a rematch and if Mita loses, she has to change her name permanently. Tanny Mouse even gave out 200 free emoticon signs to fans. Fortunately, Mita won the match so she gets to keep her name. Aren't you relieved? 15 year old Nagisa Nozaki debuted with partner Kyoko Inoue against Dynamite Kansai & Takako Inoue. The rookie took a beating and Takako finished her off with a backfist. Kyoko said she expects Nozaki to be a champion while in her teens. It's more likely she'll be a lazy comedy wrestler.

Yoshiko Tamura successfully defended her NEO Singles/NWA Pacific Titles against Mariko Yoshida. It was the first time they had faced each other in nine years. Tamura won at 27:33 with an elbow smash. Afterwards, Yoshida posted on her blog that the elbow smash broke her nose. She will have surgery this week and will miss next week's scheduled appearance at JD Star. The main event had Misae Genki & Haruka Matsuo winning the NEO Tag Team Titles from Amazing Kong & Kyoko Kimura. Matsuo used a Dragon suplex and an atomic bomb to finish off Kimura in 23:52. This was described as one of Matsuo's best performances. Congratulations to the new champs.
