Here's the match video of Hiroyo Matsumoto vs Rachel Evers from the first round of the Mae Young Classic. Hiroyo is a 12 year pro wrestling veteran. She was trained by the legendary Mariko Yoshida. At 5'6" and 155lbs, Hiroyo is known for her strength but like all of the joshi wrestlers we have seen in the WWE, she is very versatile. Rachel is the daughter of Paul Ellering and the name Evers is the real name of her trainer Lance Storm. She is also very strong and that's one of the reasons this was the best match of the first round of the MYC. I think the WWE should sign both of them. Like all of the joshi wrestlers, Hiroyo is very generous in selling Rachel's offense. It was a solid match. Hiroyo showed a bit of what she can do. If you have never seen her you should watch some of her Japanese matches. Followed by a dead lift power bomb and a suplex, Hiroyo gets the win. This match is definitely worth seeing.
