Power failure today

Due to a power failure in the Lakeshore Village area of Toronto, I am cancelling today's song of the day. At this point, it's too late in the day and I don't have time to do it. The power went off at 7:30AM this morning and came beck on at 12:45PM. I understand the problem was limited to the three apartment buildings in this area. The building on the next block wasn't affected and neither were businesses on Lakeshore Blvd. W. We do have a backup generator in the co-op so one of the elevators was working and I was able to go out to the store and the ATM. But everything is back to normal and this blog will be back to normal tomorrow.
