For the first time in ten years, joshi puroresu will return to Okinawa. Jaguar Yokota is promoting the show Nov. 8 at the Naha Civic Gym in Okinawa. The proceeds will benefit JATA which is a foundation that benefits young athletes. Okinawa University will co-promote the show and local publicity will be handled by former AJW wrestler Tomoko Watanabe and former JD Star wrestler Drake Morimatsu. Both live in Okinawa and it's well known that Jaguar is very good friends with Morimatsu. It looks like both will come out of retirement for this show. Other wrestlers scheduled to appear are Jaguar Yokota, Aja Kong, Dynamite Kansai, KAORU, Manami Toyota, Kyoko Inoue, Commando Bolshoi, GAMI, Azumi Hyuga, Tsubasa Kuragaki, Toshie Uematsu, War Maru, Yumi Ohka and Ayako Sato. Lioness Asuka is also scheduled to be there along with Jaguar's husband and son and a few singers. It is a charity show so hopefully it will be very successful.
