Ibuki had their latest show on Nov. 11 at Shin-kiba 1st Ring. The main event is going to build a feud between Kyoko Kimura & Misaki Ohata. Kimura is getting to be one of the best heels in joshi. A couple of the Sendai girls appeared on the show and Mariko Yoshida announced that she will return the favour by taking the Ibuki girls to Sendai for the second time. It will be Sendai Girls vs Ibuki at Zepp Sendai on Dec. 29. Yoshida will anounce the card next week.
The opener had Ito Gym rookie Tomoko Morii vs Maheken rookie Mio Shirai. Yoshida said on her website that she thought Morii has improved her strength since she last saw her. She also thought Morii was more aggressive than she remembers. Shirai did hit an STO but didn't follow up. Morii won with a missile kick at 7:18. Next was Sakura Emi vs JWP rookie Asuka Ohki. Not surprisingly, Emi controlled the match and won with a moonsault press at 9:27.
Next was Sendai Girls wrestlers DASH Chisako & Sendai Sachiko vs Mai Ichii & Tomoka Nakagawa. Nakagawa was the star in this match with her power moves and effective kicks. The Sendai girls responded well but missed a move and Nakagawa made Sachiko submit with an arm hold at 20:20. Next was the boss Mariko Yoshida vs JWP Junior Champ Arisa Nakajima. Yoshida attacked Nakajima's arm. Nakajima came back with a swinging DDT. The end comes when Nakajima misses a diving body press and Yoshida uses the Spider Twist for the win at 12:38.
The Main event had Hiroyo Matsumoto & Misaki Ohata vs Kyoko Kimura & Aoi Kizuki. The Matsumoto/Ohata team is known as 3S. Kimura & Matsumoto went back and forth and Matsumoto's power was more than a match for Kimura. So obviously Kimura is going to focus on Ohata. Yoshida says that Ohata has improved slowly since coming to Ibuki. Kimura beat her up but wasn't able to finish her. A misfired Big Boots gave 3S an opening. Ohata used a flash pin to win over Kimura at 18:39. So a big upset and Ohata & Matsumoto celebrate. Ohata is crying. Kimura admits the defeat but says "Still pimpin' it". This means of course that Kimura isn't through with Ohata just yet. Maybe she shouldn't celebarate too much. But a win is a win.
