Changes to two UFC fights due to injury

Today I have a couple of changes due to injury. Former KSW Flyweight champ Ariane Lipski was supposed to make her UFC debut against Maryna Moroz on UFC Fight Night 140 Nov. 17 in Argentina. Last week Maryna posted a picture of herself on Instagram with her foot in a cast. The UFC decided to cancel that fight and reports out of Poland have Ariane's debut rescheduled for UFC 233 Jan. 26 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. As you can see in the above tweet, Ariane has signed a fight agreement. The reported opponent is Joanne Calderwood. Ariane is 24 years old from Curitiba, Brazil. Her record is 11-3 and I think her UFC debut is eagerly anticipated. Joanne is 32 years old from Glasgow, Scotland. She trains at Tristar in Montreal. Her record is 12-3 and she won her last fight over Kalindra Faria by submission for the very first time. Joanne is mainly a striker. Kalindra is awful. Ariane is a much tougher opponent. I was disappointed when Ariane's fight was cancelled. I am very interested in this fight. The other change is also in Flyweight. Antonina Shevchenko was supposed to face Ashlee Evans-Smith on The Ultimate Fighter 28 Finale Nov. 30 at The Pearl at the Palms in Las Vegas. Ashley is injured and she has been replaced by Ji Yeon Kim. Of course Antonina is the older sister of Valentina Shevchenko. She is also a kickboxer. Her record is 6-0. Antonina won a UFC contract on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series. Kim is 29 years old from Korea. Her record is 8-1-2. After she lost her UFC debut, she dropped from Bantamweight to Flyweight and Kim won her last two fights by split decision. I don't think either fighter can finish. I would expect Antonina to win if this is a kickboxing match.
