Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Big Bad Blog Video Theater-Ham Seo Hee vs Jinh Yu Frey
Here's the match video of Ham Seo Hee vs Jinh Yu Frey from today's Road FC show in Korea. This is Ham's first title defense. Ham is a kickboxer who fell into MMA when she beat Hisae Watanabe on a Smackgirl show in Japan. Most fans have probably seen her UFC fights. She did OK but Ham is too small to be a Strawweight. So when her UFC contract ended, she signed with Road FC for a lot more money. Ham is a good striker but she has no power so she normally doesn't finish fights. Jinh is an Invicta veteran from Arlington, TX. She's an OK fighter but I don't think she's an elite fighter. Round one was mostly uneventful until with about a minute left, Jinh stopped moving. Ham landed a left hook and that was it. Ham Seo Hee successfully defends her title with a knockout win. I guess it could be described as a lucky punch except that Jinh set herself up for it by not moving or keeping her hands up. It looks like Ham broke her hand according to an Instagram post I saw. Someone asked me if Ham will defend her title in Invicta. I don't see why Road would allow that. Also, she's the champ. Challengers should be coming to her. Enjoy the video!
