Wayne Shorter is a tenor sax legend best known for his contributions to the music of Miles Davis and as co-founder of the jazz fusion froup Weather Report. But he is also a tremendous solo artist. Footprints is a great album from a couple of years ago and shows that Shorter is still one of the best today.
