Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Megan Anderson vs Felicia Spencer added to May 18 UFC show
The Canadian Press reported this morning that Megan Anderson vs Felicia Spencer has been added to UFC on ESPN+ 9 May 18 at Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY. This fight will be at Featherweight. Both fighters are former Invicta Featherweight champions. Megan is 29 years old from Gold Coast, Australia but she trains with UFC fighter James Strauss in Kansas City. Her record is 8-3 and 1-1 in the UFC. She won her last fight over Cat Zingano when her toenail cut Cat's eyelid. Despite Cat's protest, that is a legal blow. But it was a fluke. She didn't look good when she lost her previous fight to Holly Holm. Megan has improved since moving to the US. But I'm not convinced that she is good enough to contend for a title. Felicia is 28 years old from Montreal but she trains at The Jungle in Orlando, FL. Her 6-0 record was all in Invicta. And what I like about her is she finishes fights. And I'm not sure that Megan is any better that Felicia's competition level in Invicta. But she certainly seems to be an elite fighter. Signing Felicia indicates that the UFC is keeping the Featherweight division.
