Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Big Bad Blog Video Theater-Charlotte Flair vs Asuka
Here's the match video of Charlotte Flair vs Asuka from last night's episode of Smackdown. The original plan was a five way match to determine a Wrestlemania challenger for Asuka. The WWE decided to change it to a title match for Charlotte. The obvious reason for this is the Wrestlemania card is so bloated that they needed to get rid of a match. I've been saying for the last two months that the logical solution is to add Asuka to the main event and make it a four way especially if the titles will be unified as some of us expect. Of course doing it this way plays into Charlotte as spoiled an undeserving. But they have had way too much time to come up with contrived convoluted nonsense throughout the card. It's all unnecessary and this is no different. When they do it this way, there is no way Asuka is keeping the title. And it pisses off fans because they love Asuka. They don't hate Charlotte. They hate Vince for anointing Charlotte the chosen one. And that has been part of this angle since SummerSlam. The fans aren't booing Charlotte. They are booing Vince. The match itself is very similar to their Wrestlemania match. I actually liked the ending much better. The Wrestlemania match end was too abrupt. Of course fans are all outraged and they think she should leave the WWE. She said in a Japanese post match promo that she lost but she will come back stronger than ever. She'll be fine as long as the WWE doesn't try to cheat her out of a Wrestlemania bonus like they tried to do at SummerSlam. Enjoy the video!
