Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. Frank. That was a good podcast. I did not know that about Gina Carano possibly getting her own show. It's really to bad she burned her bridges like that. Paige VanZant has star power and sex appeal. I see her doing 3-4 more fights and then she will retire. Thanks again to you and Schwaun Hume sir. David.
