CMA Korea sandbagging to inflate Ham Seo Hee's record

Ham Seo Hee Kicks anna in the head
So it seems that Korean kickboxer Ham Seo Hee won what turned out to be an MMA match over anna on Sunday's GLADIATOR show at the Kanagawa Stadium in Kawasaki. I thought it was kickboxing because Ham was defending the CMA KPW Women's Lightweight Championship and that's a kickboxing title. And when GLADIATOR announced it, it wasn't clear what kind of match it was. So let's review. Ham beat Saori Ishioka on a DEEP show on Feb. 25. Then on the Feb. 27 GLADIATOR show, she beat Megumi Yabushita in a kickboxing match. So now she has beaten anna in an MMA match and Ham's official record is 8-4. Let's forget for a moment that anna is a terrible fighter. There are a few fighters in the lower levels of Japanese women's MMA that are poorly trained and can't win. She happens to be one of them. The other thing is that GLADIATOR is co-owned by CMA Korea and Minowaman's manager which is why Minowaman is on all the GLADIATOR shows. So CMA's agenda is to increase the value of their own fighters even if they have to sandbag to do it. Remember a few months ago when JEWELS dumped Ham Seo Hee from the Lightweight tournament? The story at the time was that CMA was holding up JEWELS for more money and ultimately Ham appeared on a GLADIATOR show in a stunt with two male pro wrestlers and wasn't on the October JEWELS show. JEWELS worked things out with CMA and Ham got back into the tournament in December. But it shows the lengths that CMA will go to for money. They think they can get more money if they inflate Ham's record. For that reason, an asterisk should accompany Ham's accomplishment. GLADIATOR needs to stop sandbagging or they won't have any credibility in the Japanese MMA business. Ham Seo Hee is good enough that she doesn't need this kind of help.
