Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Rin Nakai wins in Pancrase
There was a women's match on today's Pancrase show at Differ Ariake featuring the very popular and entertaining WINDY Tomomi. Her opponent is the undefeated Rin Nakai, known as the Beautiful Backflip Woman because she does a backflip after each victory. Does Carl Edwards know about this? Of course Tomomi is a very tough fighter known for her devastating punching power. But she is also known to be vulnerable on the ground. Nakai's training is in judo so her strategy will be to take Tomomi down and neutralize her power. Nakai begins by scoring with a right hook. Tomomi goes for the clinch but Nakai executes a side throw and immediately goes for the mount. She is successful and starts to pound Tomomi. Tomomi bridges and attempts to throw Nakai aside but is unsuccessful. Nakai continues to pound Tomomi and when it becomes clear that Tomomi is unable to escape, the ref stops the match. Rin Nakai wins by TKO at 1:33 of round one. Of course she does her trademark backflip. So a very impressive win for Rin Nakai. She is now 5-0. Tomomi's record is now 12-9.
