Here's a video interview with Gina Carano courtesy of Ariel Helwani of AOL Fanhouse. The only unusual thing about this interview is Ariel asks Gina about the comments by former boyfriend Kit Cope claiming that she isn't getting proper training at Xtreme Couture. Gina handled it very well. No, he didn't ask her about the ridiculous sex tape nonsense that Cope has been flapping his gums about. Other than that, it's a standard Gina interview. Enjoy!
This may be a fine interview, but why the heck is Ariel Helwani trying to dig dirt on Gina's personal life in other interviews? He's the one who initiated the question of Kit Cope about whether he and Gina did a sex tape. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. One minute he's pretending to be a big advocate of women's MMA and Gina and the next he's talking to her ex and asking him out of the blue if they did a sex tape. And it gets even weirder when you consider that Ariel worked for Gina's management group. The website he worked for (I think they're defunct now) was owned by the Wasserman Group who represents Gina, Randy Couture and a number of other athletes. Weird man!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad he didn't mention that supposed sex tape, it's only a bad rumor anyway. He kept it as a professional interview and not turn it into some cheap tabloid. It was a great interview, he talked about her training, the sport and only a little about her personal life. And I don't know what Kit Cope is talking about, Randy Couture would give her the best training out there.
