This is an excellent version of Dear Old Stockholm. It's basically the John Coltrane quartet with McCoy Tyner on piano, Jimmy Garrison on bass but with Roy Haynes substituting for Elvin Jones on drums. As a result, Impulse took Coltrane sessions from 1963 & 1965 with Roy Haynes and issued this album. Dear Old Stockholm was also thrown onto the CD release of Impressions as a bonus track. It's standard Coltrane which means it's great but this is what record companies do with classic jazz recordings. They spread them around and you have to figure it out.
