Here's the fight video of Dione Barbosa vs Diana Belbita from last night's UFC show in Las Vegas. This fight is at Flyweight. Dione is 32 years old from Reclife, Brazil. She trains at Kings MMA in Huntington Beach, CA. She was supposed to fight in March but she was pulled and rescheduled. Dione is 1-1 in the UFC. Like many Brazilians, she's a BJJ whiz. Diana is 28 years old from Romania. She trains at House of Champions in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada. She's 2-5 in the UFC and is on a two fight losing streak. She needs a win or she could be gone from the UFC. The first part of round one is uneventful. But Dione has a clear quickness advantage. Then Dione lands a spinning elbow with Diana against the fence. And that leads to a takedown and Dione wins with an arm triangle at 4:13 of round one. So it's like I said.
