Here's the match video of Ariane Carnelossi vs Liang Na from last night's UFC show in Jacksonville. Ariane is from Sao Paulo, Brazil. She lost her 2019 UFC debut to Angela Hill due to a doctor stoppage because of a cut. We haven't seen her since then due to visa problems. Liang is 24 years old from China. She has worked mainly for Chinese companies with a 15-4 record. She was one of three Chinese fighters who signed with the UFC after a January combine at the UFC Performance Institute in Shanghai. All of them were on this show but their regular coaches weren't with them. Liang knocked Ariane down early in round one and it looked for a while that she might get a finish. But Ariane turned it around and by the end of the round, Liang was used up. She needed help to get up after the round so I thought the ref should have stopped the fight. It didn't matter as Ariane won by TKO early in round two. Obviously Liang needs to pace herself better. Enjoy the video!
