Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Rin Nakai vs Young Ji Kim added to Feb. 24 DEEP show
It was announced today that Rin Nakai will make her DEEP debut on Feb. 24 at Differ Ariake against Korean Young Ji Kim. This fight will be at Flyweight and it looks like it will be in a cage. The last time we saw Rin she beat Kanako Murata on the 2016 RIZIN NYE show. She's been out with an elbow injury. And then she decided not to return to PANCRASE. She prefers fighting in a cage which is why she's on a DEEP show as opposed to DEEP JEWELS. Another problem with Rin is she still lives in Shikoku and it's expensive to fly her in. It can be tough to find Flyweights in Japan. So they have brought in this Korean fighter with a 1-2 record. Her win was over pro wrestler Yoshiko on a recent Road FC show. Rin shouldn't have much trouble with Young except for Rin's bad habit of getting off to slow starts. She has all the physical tools. But she has had this mental block of doing nothing at the start of fights to the point where she is frequently warned by refs. So for those asking, Rin Nakai is returning.
