Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Frank Pozen's Big Bad Podcast Sept. 9, 2018
UFC 228 review and my thoughts about Nicco Montano.
Frank, I liked your podcast. Your thoughts on Nicco were much more sympathetic than so many people out there. I liked hearing your different view point. About Carla and her fight, I have not seen it and will watch on Fight Pass. However, do you think she should retire at this point? And maybe just coach? I liked the first fight and thought it to could either way. It was a good fight because of the aggression shown by Lucie. I enjoyed that fight a great deal. And your right, if she just had a better defense, she could have won that fight. I did not know about the history between Joanna and Valentina and their fights in Mauy Thai. Interesting. Thank-you very much Frank for the great podcast.David Shepard
Remember you can watch all three fights right here on my blog. I don't see Carla retiring. I never thought she was that good. That title win in Invicta over a late replacement put her in the right place at the right time when the UFC started a Strawweight division. She won TUF 18 and the title but then lost to Joanna. Timing made her a champ, not great fighting ability.
