Big Bad Blog Video Theater-Nyla Rose and Britt Baker vs Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida

Here's the match video of Nyla Rose and Britt Baker vs Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida from last night's AEW Dynamite. This is supposed to set up Nyla defending her AEW Women's Championship against Hikaru in a No DQ match. The story they are trying to sell is I guess they think Hikaru is too cute to be a hardcore wrestler. Of course she did plenty of hardcore stuff in Japan. So this match is a mess with ass backward booking for the finish. Britt refused to tag in until Nyla forced the issue. Then we have a spot where Hikaru and Kris body slam Nyla on top of Britt in the corner. It looked like Britt hurt her knee and we don't know if she will be available to wrestle on Saturday's show. it looks bad. The finish had Nyla pinning Hikaru after her power bomb. Then Nyla brings a table into the ring. Obviously she plans to put Hikaru through the table. But Kris stops her and Hikaru superplexes Nyla through the table. So that's supposed to show that Hikaru can be hardcore. Like I said, it was ass backwards. So we will see what happens on Saturday. Enjoy the video!
