Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. I plan to update this on a regular basis so check back and leave a comment if you wish.

Alexa Grasso vs Heather Jo Clark added to Nov. 5 UFC show
It was reported today by the Mexican website Indiscudito and then confirmed that Alexa Grasso vs Heather Jo Clark has been added to The Ultimate Fighter Latin America 3 Finale Nov. 5 at Arena Ciudad de Mexico in Mexico City. This show will air on Fox Sports 1 in the US and TSN in Canada. Alexa is 23 years old from Guadalajara, Mexico. Her record is 8-0. Alexa recently returned from a year and a half injury layoff to beat Jodie Esquibel in the main event of the recent Invicta show. Now that she's healthy, I'm not surprised the UFC signed her for the Mexico City show. As I have said many times, Invicta contracts mean nothing. They aren't going to prevent anyone from going to the UFC. And the UFC probably tossed them some cash. Of course Heather was in TUF 18. Then she had knee surgery. She returned in May and lost to Karolina Kowalkiewicz. Heather trains with Miesha Tate and Rob Follis at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas. Obviously Alexa should be the favourite. I think she's quicker than most of the UFC Strawweight division. Heather would be wise to go to Mexico City to train for a couple of weeks to get used to the altitude. Otherwise she could gas out very quickly. This looks like a coming out party for Alexa. She has star potential as long as she stays healthy.
