Here's the match video of the Kabuki Warriors vs Bayley and Lyra Valkyria from last night's episode of RAW. This was set up last week when the Kabuki Warriors attacked WWE Women's Tag Team champions Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss post match and Bayley and Lyra made the save. The strategy is Asuka wants a title shot. With Bayley's recent storyline erratic behavior, I expect a heel turn sooner rather than later. Lyra's problem is fans "woo" to her music but are silent once she's in the ring. She's an OK wrestler but she lacks charisma. I don't think she is worthy of the push that the WWE is trying to give her. And BTW, she was like this in NXT UK and there has been no improvement. So the match is pretty good. Asuka wins over Lyra with the Asuka Lock and then the Kabuki Warriors attack them after the match and Charlotte and Alexa make the save. This sets up a title match for next week and I would like to see the Kabuki Warriors win the titles and go on a significant heel run until Rhea Ripley returns from her broken nose probably in early 2026.
