Welcome to Frank Pozen's Big Bad Blog. A lot of folks have been asking me to update them about my recovery. So I thought I would start a blog primarily to do that but also to talk about other topics of interest including the wrestling business and whatever else I can think of. Frank, I just hope Schwan gets his money. I don't think he will, but I hope so. Fantastic podcast and I like the back and forth between you and Mr. Hume. I remember what you said last week about Rose. I do not know what to tell you about the bad judges. MMA has plenty of them. They are going to be a problem for a long time.
